Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Group Product Manager, Emerging Solutions based in the United States.

This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on creating the next generation of solutions for enterprise revenue teams.

You will lead the vision and roadmap for products that connect event engagement with sales, partner, and revenue workflows.

Your initial focus will be on evolving a proven sales workflow into an AI- and agent-ready product that integrates into the tools customers already use.

The role spans native product experiences, Salesforce, Slack, Claude, and emerging agent-driven channels, with a strong emphasis on consistency and usability.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product marketing, go-to-market leaders, and external development partners to turn strategy into measurable product outcomes.

As priorities evolve, you will have opportunities to shape additional emerging products and influence the broader product portfolio.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced enterprise SaaS product leader with deep sales operations knowledge and a passion for AI-native product development.

Accountabilities

As the Group Product Manager, Emerging Solutions, you will own product strategy and execution for emerging enterprise solutions, starting with a sales-focused product and expanding into future growth opportunities.

  • Define the multi-year product vision and go-to-market roadmap, with agentic experiences at the center of the strategy.
  • Own product adoption, quality, and customer outcomes while continuously refining the product based on evidence and feedback.
  • Lead the transition toward agent-ready products built around composable tools and actions that can integrate with customers' AI assistants, agents, and workflows.
  • Leverage technologies such as RainFocus Nexus and MCP Profiles to support agent-driven product experiences.
  • Own the end-to-end experience across native product environments, Salesforce, Slack, Claude, and other emerging channels.
  • Ensure consistent and intuitive experiences regardless of where customers and revenue teams interact with the product.
  • Direct and manage external development partners responsible for delivering product capabilities, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to strengthen the underlying data model and improve AI-driven insights.
  • Design product experiences around the needs of account executives, event managers, sales leaders, digital marketers, and channel sales managers.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, product marketing, and go-to-market stakeholders to align product strategy, execution, positioning, and adoption.
  • Apply a phased, evidence-driven approach to product investments, using early validation to guide future commitments.
  • Contribute to the broader Emerging Solutions portfolio as product priorities and strategic opportunities evolve.
Requirements

The role requires strong enterprise B2B SaaS product leadership, deep knowledge of sales and revenue operations, and hands-on experience bringing AI-native and integrated products to market.

  • 7 years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS product management.
  • 2 years of experience managing product managers or leading complex, multi-product teams.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales and revenue operations, including accounts, territories, quotas, pipelines, partners, and sales workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, AppExchange patterns, Canvas, Lightning Web Components, APIs, OAuth, and SSO.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI-native or agentic product capabilities, such as LLM-based inference, conversational assistants, or agents capable of taking action on behalf of users.
  • Hands-on understanding of the Model Context Protocol (MCP), including the distinctions between MCP servers, MCP Apps, and plugins.
  • Comfort working with phased, evidence-gated product development approaches where future commitments are informed by early proof.
  • Proven ability to manage external agencies, development partners, or system integrators and deliver projects on schedule.
  • Domain expertise in sales enablement, Revenue Operations, martech, CRM integrations, or event technology.
  • Strong strategic thinking, product judgment, and ability to translate enterprise customer needs into compelling product experiences.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in an evolving environment where product priorities and assignments may change over time.
  • Experience with event management or event marketing technology is a plus.
  • Experience working with acquired codebases, legacy migrations, or product sunset plans is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with revenue technology and conversation-intelligence platforms is beneficial.
  • Exposure to entity matching, non-Salesforce CRM platforms, or agent marketplaces such as Claude and ChatGPT is a plus.
Benefits
  • Remote work within the United States.
  • Competitive salary.
  • Competitive employee benefits.
  • 401(k) program.
  • Generous paid time off.
  • Team-building activities and employee engagement opportunities.
  • Opportunity to work on emerging AI-native and agentic product capabilities.
  • Exposure to enterprise customers and large-scale event technology environments.
  • Opportunity to shape new products and influence the direction of an emerging solutions portfolio.
