Job summary

LifeWave is seeking a Group Product Manager to own the Distributor Experience portfolio, guiding enrollment, onboarding, rank progression, incentives, and tools for distributors in an MLM context. You will lead Product Managers and UX Designers and collaborate with Commissions Analysts to ensure accurate, transparent, and compliant compensation reporting.

You will drive the product vision, partner with cross-functional teams, and champion scalable, fair, and user-friendly distributor experiences

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.
4+ years in product management and leadership.
Proven track record delivering technology solutions.
Ability to develop product strategy and present to executives.
Experience working with engineering teams and in agile environments.
Experience in direct sales companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and UX Designers.
Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Opportunity portfolio.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Maintain consistent product management practices across discovery and delivery.
Balance strategic initiatives with regulatory needs and budget constraints.
Drive trust, transparency, and usability in compensation plans and dashboards.
Own release planning and execution for Ecommerce work streams.
Draft and publish release notes and coordinate launch readiness.
