ResMed Inc. is seeking a Group Product Manager, Device Cloud Platform (IoT) to define the five-year vision for the cloud platform connecting millions of ResMed devices to a broader digital ecosystem.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to translate strategy into a disciplined roadmap and drive continuous improvement across connectivity, telemetry, and cloud services. You will partner with roughly 13 device product managers and a 40–50 person technical group, shaping the platform to deliver

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management or related roles.
• Experience owning a platform or infrastructure product used by multiple teams.
• Ability to convert vision into strategy, roadmaps, prioritized initiatives and measurable outcomes.
• Technical fluency across connected products, cloud platforms, telemetry, data pipelines, remote configuration and software delivery.
• Experience working in ecosystems where hardware, cloud, software and digital services operate together.
• Commercial judgement across cost, value, reliability and operational performance.
• Ability to identify platform gaps, define success measures and connect investment decisions to customer and business outcomes.
• Product leadership capability, including leading, coaching or mentoring product managers.
• Clear communication and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across organizational and functional boundaries.

Shape the platform behind smarter connected care. As Group Product Manager, Device Cloud Platform (IoT), you will define the vision and strategy for the cloud platform connecting millions of Resmed devices to a broader digital ecosystem. You will turn complex infrastructure and services into a clear platform product, establish the roadmap for the next five years, and create measurable progress toward Resmed’s future connected-device goals. Working across product, embedded software, cloud engineering, architecture, data, clinical, regulatory, quality, operations, finance, procurement, marketing and commercial teams, you will align current capabilities with future patient, provider and business needs. You will also lead a small IoT product team and help the platform become a more intelligent, reliable and continuously improving foundation for connected care.

What You’ll Do

• Define and continually evolve the vision, strategy and five-year direction for the Device Cloud Platform.
• Assess current platform capabilities, success measures and gaps, then translate the future vision into prioritized initiatives and a clear roadmap.
• Own the platform lifecycle from discovery through end-of-life, balancing patient, provider, technical, operational and commercial needs.
• Lead safe, scalable over-the-air software delivery, remote configuration and cloud-side services across a large connected-device fleet.
• Shape device connectivity and fleet-management strategy, including communication technologies, lifecycle states and SIM management.
• Measure platform performance across cost, value, reliability, utilization, fleet health, and customer and business outcomes.
• Improve the quality, reliability and accessibility of device and therapy data that supports digital experiences and care pathways.
• Develop secure, scalable ecosystem and third-party integration strategies for external platforms and partners.
• Partner with approximately 13 device product managers and a direct technical team of approximately 40 to 50 people, building alignment across product, engineering, architecture and platform priorities.
• Lead, coach and develop a product manager, helping the small IoT product team translate strategy into disciplined execution.
• Establish strong cross-functional relationships, communicate trade-offs clearly and deliver tangible early wins that move the platform toward its longer-term goals.

What You Bring

• 10+ years in product management, product development, or relevant technical or commercial roles.
• Experience owning or shaping a platform, infrastructure product, shared service, or connected-product capability used by multiple teams.

Pay Range: $184,000 - $276,000 USD

Compensation is based on factors including geographic location, qualifications, experience, skills, and internal equity.

For remote positions outside the U.S., compensation is determined based on geographic location, qualifications, experience, and skills.
