Job summary

SmartRent is seeking a Group Product Manager, Data & Analytics, to define the strategic vision for the enterprise data platform and analytics tools. You will bridge business leaders, data engineers, and data scientists to deliver market-leading, data-driven solutions.

Preferred AZ candidate, but open to other US states. You will lead dashboards, ML initiatives, and KPIs, partnering with Revenue, Operations, Finance, and IT to drive adoption and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or business field.
• 7+ years in product management, with data products experience.
• 2–5 years of people management experience.
• Experience collaborating with data scientists/engineers.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and ML concepts.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks and API integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the strategic vision and roadmap for enterprise data, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.
• Lead customer and market research, translating insights into features.
• Partner with stakeholders to create data/analytics roadmap.
• Turn data into predictive models and user analytics.
• Lead research with internal teams and owners to map needs.
• Translate requirements into PRDs and data specs.
• Measure success with telemetry metrics and optimize adoption.
• Mentor cross-functional teams and ensure secure-by-design practices.
