Uber is seeking a consumer-focused Group Product Manager to define the strategy and product experience across Eats and Rides. You will lead the transformation of a transactional relationship into a high-value, cross-app lifestyle operating system, uniting Eats & Rides experiences and elevating consumer engagement.

This high-visibility role requires strategic leadership across multi-sided marketplaces, with emphasis on driving emotional resonance and brand advocacy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a history of shipping scaled consumer tech.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable narratives and pivots.
• Experience leading senior PMs in a global matrix organization.
• Degree in quantitative field or equivalent technical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for a global cross-platform experience.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing product team.
• Use data-driven methods to decode user behavior and optimize funnels.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science and Design leadership for a unified UX.
