Job summary

ClearDemand is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Competitive Intelligence product suite in a fast-paced, SaaS environment. You will own strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery, translating data capabilities into scalable offerings for retailers.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and customers to shape data pipelines, AI-driven matching, and DaaS APIs. The role rewards hands-on leadership and deep retail domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in retail technology or data-driven products.
• Experience with web scraping, data acquisition, data quality, and scalable pipelines.
• Experience with product matching and entity resolution, including taxonomy and ML-based approaches.
• Knowledge of DaaS models, APIs, and subscription-based intelligence products.
• Strong understanding of retail pricing, benchmarking, and competitive positioning.
• Experience leading data-intensive products with analytics and AI/ML capabilities.
• Strong discovery, requirements, roadmapping, and agile execution skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into measurable customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery of Competitive Intelligence capabilities.
• Drive requirements for web scraping, data acquisition, data normalization, and scalable pipelines.
• Define and enhance product matching capabilities with AI/ML-driven approaches for accuracy.
• Develop DaaS offerings via APIs, data feeds, and analytics for customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, UX, and customer teams to drive discovery and execution.
• Establish success metrics around data coverage, freshness, and customer adoption.
• Balance strategic investments with scalability and speed to market.
