Moloco is seeking a Product Manager to own the shared platform foundation that powers Moloco’s AI advertising and internal tooling. You will partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, and Go-to-Market to deliver a unified roadmap for data access, agent hosting, citizen developer tools, and evaluation.
You will be responsible for turning ambiguous problems into actionable roadmaps that scale across teams and user types, including non-technical builders, while maintaining rigorous engineering
Moloco builds some of the most powerful AI advertising solutions in the world. Our name-short for \"machine learning company\"-reflects our core mission: democratizing access to the advanced AI that has historically been reserved for tech giants. Led by machine learning pioneers who built some of the most successful ad systems at Google, including YouTube's monetization engine and key search advertising technologies, we're transforming how businesses grow and compete in the digital economy. Built with AI from day one, Moloco's planet-scale machine learning platform powers a suite of solutions for advertising growth and monetization. Moloco Ads is an AI-powered platform that delivers real business outcomes for mobile app marketers through performance-based user acquisition. Moloco Commerce Media enables retailers and marketplaces to build revenue-generating ad businesses that balance user experience and advertiser performance. Moloco is headquartered in Silicon Valley, with offices in Seattle, New York, San Francisco, Seoul, Beijing, Singapore, Gurgaon, Tokyo, Shanghai, London, Tel Aviv, and Berlin.
Moloco is a truly rewarding place to work and in an exciting period of growth, which you could be a part of.
Moloco is rebuilding how the company operates around AI, and you will own the product for the platform that makes it possible - the shared foundation every Molocan builds on, from engineers to growth managers who have never written a line of code.
This includes defining how we:
Moloco has moved quickly on internal AI. Hundreds of Molocans already work every week through agents and skills wired into live advertising data and company knowledge. The next step is to turn that momentum into a durable platform: one set of foundations that any team can build on quickly and safely.
That is your charter. As a Product Manager on the newly formed Business Technology Product & Engineering team, you will be the product owner for this layer. You will partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, and Go to Market to deliver a single roadmap across data access, agent and application hosting, citizen developer tools, and evaluation.
Two constraints make the problem interesting. The safe path has to be the fastest path, or builders will find their own way around it. And the platform has to treat non-engineers as first-class users without lowering the bar for what ships.
The scope is also unusually broad for an internal charter. Our product group spans both internal and customer-facing solutions, so the foundations you prove inside Moloco inform what we ship to advertisers - and what we learn from customers comes back the other way.
