The Group Product Manager will lead a portfolio of connected products and initiatives, combining strategic product ownership with hands‑on leadership and team development. This role is responsible for shaping product strategy, managing roadmaps, and ensuring that product investments deliver measurable customer and business value. You will directly manage and mentor Product Managers and Associate Product Managers while collaborating closely with Engineering, UX, and senior product leadership. A key focus will be driving AI‑powered product innovation, establishing responsible AI development practices, and improving product quality and performance. You will balance technical feasibility, customer expectations, and commercial priorities in a dynamic SaaS environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled product leader who enjoys developing people, building innovative solutions, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities
  • Product strategy and roadmap: Contribute to the overall product strategy and own the roadmap for a connected group of products and initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and portfolio priorities.
  • Investment and prioritization: Evaluate product opportunities, manage investment trade‑offs, and clearly communicate risks, opportunity costs, and potential impacts on revenue and profitability.
  • Market and customer insights: Use competitive research, industry trends, customer feedback, and product analytics to identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives across the product group.
  • Performance measurement: Establish and monitor key performance indicators, including product adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue contribution, to evaluate product success.
  • People management and development: Directly manage, coach, and mentor Product Managers and Associate Product Managers, establishing clear expectations, supporting professional development, and maintaining accountability for results.
  • Talent development: Partner with product leadership on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, regular one‑on‑one meetings, skills assessments, and individual development plans.
  • AI adoption and enablement: Promote AI fluency across the product team by establishing expectations for AI‑assisted workflows and coaching team members on defining, developing, and evaluating AI‑powered features.
  • AI product strategy: Collaborate with Product Development leadership to determine where AI capabilities can create the greatest value and establish priorities for their implementation.
  • Responsible AI management: Apply established AI evaluation, release, and responsible development standards across the product group, ensuring appropriate testing coverage, output quality, reliability, and cost management.
  • Emerging AI technologies: Help define requirements for emerging AI protocols, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), and AI agent experiences, working with Engineering to determine the appropriate data, actions, and permissions.
  • Prototyping and validation: Develop practical product prototypes to test concepts, validate assumptions, and gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Product delivery: Oversee product development from initial concept through launch, working closely with Engineering and UX leaders to ensure successful execution and delivery.
  • Technical collaboration: Engage with Engineering as a technical partner, evaluating architecture, performance, implementation options, and scalability considerations early in the development process.
  • Product reliability and security: Maintain high standards for platform stability, performance, and security, ensuring that reliability improvements receive appropriate prioritization alongside new product features.
  • Cross‑functional coordination: Coordinate dependencies and priorities with other Product Managers and product leaders to ensure consistency and alignment across product groups.
  • Hands‑on product leadership: Take direct ownership of critical initiatives when needed, contributing to discovery, product definition, prototyping, and execution.
  • Go‑to‑market collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Operations to coordinate product launches, prepare internal teams, support adoption, and evaluate post‑launch performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Product management experience: At least 8 years of experience in SaaS product management, including ownership of complex initiatives within Agile development environments.
