isolved is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead a portfolio of HR services and technology solutions. You will drive product strategy, collaborate with engineering, design, and QA, and mentor a team of Product Owners to deliver scalable features across web platforms. The role emphasizes market research, customer feedback, and timely product rollouts to improve HR operations and employee experience across customers. This is a fast-paced leadership role within isolved's product organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years defining detailed technical user stories and use cases.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and environments.
• Ability to define key metrics for measuring product success.
• Experience leading Product Owners and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage feature set to support general experience and common components in an application.
• Regularly communicate on a technical level with engineering and development, including creating detailed use cases, flows, diagrams, API specifications, and other technical documentation
• Work with engineers to scope, design, and implement capabilities
• Identify market trends to shape product lines
• Conduct product research, requirements-gathering, and product rollout
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps
• Using relevant criteria, review and prioritize the product roadmap
• Define design processes for innovation and scalability of current and new product lines
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects across multiple teams
• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
• Collaborate with the development team to define features
• Work with the quality assurance team to fix defects and aid in testing, leading the execution in their assigned product areas and driving the resolution of issues associated with those areas across the company
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners, ensuring their professional growth and development.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the product team.
• Provide clear direction and priorities to the product team.
