Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Group Product Director, Professional Education & Thought Leader Engagement, GU Oncology. This field-based role requires travel to customers and the home office in Horsham, PA, with US-wide location options.

You will lead Professional Education strategy, content governance, and TLL development while partnering with brand leadership to shape education programs and portfolio opportunities. A strong marketing and leadership background is essential.

Formación

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, with demonstrated leadership experience and a strong record of results.
• Oncology/GU clinical acumen and/or scientific background strongly preferred.
• Previous pharmaceutical sales or sales leadership experience required.
• Demonstrated expertise in core marketing competencies, with the ability to translate strategy into effective customer engagement and educational initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and analytical capabilities, with the ability to assess portfolio needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Proven ability to lead in a complex, matrixed environment and influence across functions and levels of the organization.
• Ability to partner with brand leadership to assess portfolio needs and shape best-in-class Professional Education strategies and programs.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse internal and external stakeholders.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Set the strategic direction for Professional Education across the bladder IDRS platform.
• Own the strategy and lifecycle of branded educational bureau content.
• Build and evolve scalable Professional Education platforms that support current brands and new indications.
• Establish governance, quality standards, and performance measures for Professional Education.
• Optimize investments and capabilities using customer insights and program performance.
• Lead and empower the TLL and Professional Education organization to execute an integrated strategy.
• Shape the enterprise approach to thought leader engagement and long-term KOL planning.
• Anticipate market shifts and translate them into differentiated engagement strategies.
• Build next-generation urology thought leaders for GU Oncology portfolio growth.
• Create insight-generation strategies to convert engagement into business opportunities.
• Partner with brand leadership to align customer priorities with strategy and launches.
