Job summary

Ullico Inc.'s Union Labor Life Insurance Company is recruiting a Group Premium Billing Coordinator in our Silver Spring, MD office within the Group Life and Health Department. You will review premium payments, process transactions, verify accuracy, and follow up with clients on discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Must have Associate’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Familiarity with Group Life and Health terminology, billing and collection practices.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review premium payments in lockbox against amounts due and process to Group system.
• Review Stop Loss premium payments and process to ESL system; verify accuracy and follow up with client.
• Validate data in Group Due & Unpaid reports; contact clients to resolve delinquencies and mail delinquency letters.
