Job summary

OMG Inc. seeks a Lean Continuous Improvement manager to champion lean, Six Sigma and CI initiatives across manufacturing and the supply chain. You will lead value stream mapping, Kaizen roadmaps, training and Gemba activity to drive measurable cost reductions and improved OEE.

You will plan Kaizen events, develop standard work, and collaborate with QA to sustain improvements, while traveling up to 15% to support cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• BS in Business or Engineering preferred.
• 5–10 years’ Lean, Six Sigma and/or other improvement methodologies with documented results.
• Green or Black Belt, SME/AME Lean Certification, ASQ CQE or ORM/OEx preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing and/or logistics environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Champion Lean, Six Sigma and CI efforts to streamline manufacturing and reduce time and cost across the supply chain.
• Work with leadership to create Value Stream Maps and Kaizen roadmaps.
• Develop lean training programs and Gemba mentoring from shop floor to executive level.
• Plan and conduct Kaizen events with root-cause analysis and solid payback.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance on process control and standard work initiatives.
• Direct strategic Lean transformation projects and report metrics to leadership.
• Build a network of lead leaders and trainers for ongoing capability development.
