Job summary

Fresenius Kabi in Wilson, NC is seeking a Group Leader to guide 10-20 associates in day-to-day operations, ensuring cGMP and quality compliance by following work instructions, SOPs, and batch records.

You will coordinate scheduling with QA, chemistry, microbiology, and engineering, train staff on SOP changes, and maintain training compliance while managing documentation and batch records. The role requires SAP transactions and adherence to safety and GMP standards.

• Proficient at completing all documentation in a timely and cGMP manner.
• Trains new and/or existing employees on SOP changes and maintains training compliance.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day direction of 10-20 associates.
• Coordinates scheduling and cleaning with other departments (QA, chemistry, microbiology, engineering, validation, production planning, etc) and direct manager.
• Initiates work orders to maintain equipment and facilities and conducts operations in a safe, compliant manner.
• Coordinates finished goods, cleaning, hold times, sampling and delivery to the laboratory.
• Communicates issues to supervisor that may impact scheduling and production.
• Performs SAP transactions and supports batch record reconciliation.
