Job SummaryThe Group Leader provides direct daily guidance to 10-20 associates regarding the day-to-day operations. Benefits offered include a 401(k) plan with company contributions, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, employee assistance program, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage.ResponsibilitiesPRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY THE INCUMBENTDay-to-day direction of 10-20 associatesCoordinates scheduling and cleaning by working closely with other departments (quality assurance, chemistry, microbiology, engineering, validation, production planning, etc) and direct managerProficient at completing all documentation in a timely and cGMP mannerInitiates work orders to maintain equipment and facilitiesConducts all operations in a safe and compliant mannerTrains new and/or existing employees on all aspects of responsibility and continuously trains all personnel on SOP changes. Maintains training compliance for all associates in area of responsibilityCoordinates finished goods, cleaning, hold times, etc sampling and delivery to the laboratoryCommunicates early to supervisor on potential issues that impact scheduling and productionCoordinates routine cleaning of all weighing, compounding, filling and associated areasCollects and tracks production data on a daily basisIdentifies, coordinates and completes continuous improvement projects in area of responsibilityCompletes SAP transactionsAssists with investigations for area of responsibilityReconciles and reviews batch recordsAssumes other duties and responsibilities as directed by managerAdditional InformationWe offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, disability, 401K with company contribution, and wellness program.Please note that joining our team does not create a guaranteed or permanent employment arrangement.
