Job summary

Schaeffler Group USA is seeking a maintenance planning professional to lead planning activities across multiple workshops, aligning with SC and production planning. The role entails implementing approved methods, coordinating budgets, and optimizing technical infrastructure to ensure smooth maintenance operations.

The ideal candidate brings a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of maintenance planning experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP and Schaeffler systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of approved methods, procedures, and tools while managing budgets and resources as agreed.

Your Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 5 years of experience in maintenance planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship

Preferred:

• Knowledge of SAP and Schaeffler systems
• PLC programming and ability to troubleshoot CNC
