Job summary

The Greenbrier Companies in Marmaduke, AR seeks a Group Leader to guide production employees, coordinate tools and supplies, and ensure safety, quality, and production efficiency. You will lead daily work, resolve issues, and communicate with teams to meet schedule goals.

  • Ability to work both alone, and in a team environment
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to receive and interpret information and communicate it accordingly
  • Ability to make quick, effective judgements to resolve problems or navigate challenges

Summary

The Group Leader guides production employees in their daily work facilitating, equipping, and supplying employees with tools and equipment for the assigned project. The Group leader helps resolve employee questions or issues, and coordinates activities to maximize production flow.

Duties And Responsibilities

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience working in a manufacturing facility
  • Ability to document records accurately under tight timeframes
  • Ability to accurately demonstrate visual inspections for safety, equipment and processes, parts and welding processes
