starting at $18.00/hour for those with less than 2 years of experience with at-risk youth and a high school diploma.
As a Youth Care Worker, you’ll provide safety and around-the-clock supervision for the youth in our program and create an atmosphere that supports students’ needs. You’ll monitor and document student behaviors during the night and collaborate with other professional staff to establish and/or meet the goals of each student’s treatment plan.
This is an awake‑night position.
