Job summary

Astoemo Ltd. is seeking a Group Lead to oversee production line operations on the E shift (Mon-Fri 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.) in our Monroe, GA facility.

You will coordinate manufacturing activities and work with maintenance and quality teams to ensure safety and efficiency. The role requires at least 3 years of manufacturing experience, leadership ability, and basic math; candidates should be able to read work orders and generate simple production reports.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to supervise production teams.
• Sufficient reading and writing ability to follow work orders and prepare simple production reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain control over the production line and coordinate with Mfg. Engineering, Maintenance and Quality.
• Ensure all daily production activities are communicated to Supervisors.
• Troubleshoot product quality and performance as needed.
• Keep the production line safe, neat, clean and organized.
• Assist on the production line as needed.
• Respect work hours and support production goals and schedules, overtime may be required.
• Ensure procedures and work instructions are followed according to ISO14000 & TS16949.
• Complete production, scrap, and downtime reports accurately and timely.
• Check dimensions in-process using gauges and indicators as described in procedures.
