Graphic Packaging International is seeking a Group Lead for the Quality Department to provide technical leadership, training, and guidance to the quality team. The role focuses on keeping the department operating on schedule, leading safety initiatives, and coordinating with maintenance and production managers to resolve issues.

will provide technical leadership, training, and guidance to department team members as needed.
Work requires the ability to move around the plant, stand for long periods, and the ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs. A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Microsoft Outlook) is preferred. Must monitor and respond to email while on shift, as well as maintain and create data within the company database. The ability to work with close tolerances, precise measurements, and the ability to read schedules and scales is needed. Previous operator experience and experience in production is extremely helpful.
Coffee machines; computer; lab equipment; and miscellaneous hand tools.
Supervision received from shift manager.
12 hour shifts, working alternately (36) and (48) hour weeks with four (15) minute breaks and one (25) minute lunch.
