Zusammenfassung

Amtivo Group seeks a Group InfoSec Technical Manager to own and evolve our Information Security certification schemes. You will shape technical policies, work with accreditation bodies, and guide auditors, scheme owners and internal teams to stay compliant and commercially viable.

You will lead audits, ensure accreditation scope, and drive continuous improvement through technical leadership and cross‑functional collaboration across the global group.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in Information Security, Certification, Compliance, Governance or Assurance.
• Experience with accredited certification schemes and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting or managing external accreditation assessments and audits.
• Strong analytical, reporting and data management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and international teams.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Act as the technical owner for Information Security certification schemes.
• Develop, maintain and review scheme-specific policies, procedures, guidance and controls.
• Monitor changes to standards, regulatory requirements and industry developments, leading transition activities where required.
• Ensure certification schemes continue to meet accreditation and scheme owner requirements.
• Manage and close internal and external audit findings.
