RHA Health Services in Austin, Texas is seeking a Group Home Supervisor (N-ICF) to lead Direct Support staff and manage operations for 1–3 facilities providing Non-ICF services. The role requires collaboration with clinical teams to implement person-centered plans and maintain a positive environment for people supported.
You will oversee staff on all shifts, ensure training and compliance, manage budgets, and provide after-hours coverage as part of the direct care rotation.
