Job summary

ResCare Community Living, part of Sevita, is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee a team of Caregivers delivering ISP implementation and daily supports for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

You will hire, train, and schedule staff, supervise day-to-day activities, and assist with meals, medication administration, and personal care. Community outings and transportation duties are included. Full, part-time, and as-needed schedules with benefits are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct care, program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement with outings or transportation to work or activities.
