Job summary

Overview

Sign-On Bonus Available. Now Hiring: Residential Program Supervisor – East Brunswick & Central New Jersey. Full-Time. At APluscare Behavioral Health, our goal is to support individuals with developmental disabilities through personalized care and services that promote independence, growth, and overall quality of life. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Program Supervisor to lead and support our residential teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings
• Supervise, coach, and train Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Create and manage staff schedules, including arranging coverage for open shifts
• Conduct and document monthly fire drills in accordance with safety regulations
• Ensure programs meet all DDD licensing and compliance standards
• Support individuals in completing daily routines safely and effectively
• Monitor the health, safety, and overall well-being of individuals served
• Coordinate and schedule medical appointments
• Maintain program vehicles and ensure they meet safety and maintenance standards
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and documentation requirements
• Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Valid New Jersey driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to participate in and complete all required training
• Must cooperate with all licensing inspections and regulatory requirements
