Spectrum Community Services in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Program Manager to lead a team of Direct Support Professionals in a group home setting. You will guide daily operations, ensure safety, coordinate maintenance, manage budgets, and handle staff-related issues while supporting residents according to each Person-centered Plan.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and mentor others, complete required background clearances, and advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.
• Valid and unrestricted State of Michigan Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Must have reliable and ongoing transportation.
• 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Must successfully complete all required background clearances.
