• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential or human services setting, with 1–2 years in supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of DDS regulations, licensing requirements, and best practices in residential support.

• Ensure compliance with licensing and DDS regulations.
• Manage IP development, meetings, and documentation.
• Monitor budgets and payroll; manage overtime and expenses.
• Coordinate resident IP goals with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure safety, up-to-date policies, and staff trainings.
