Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC seeks a Group Home Supervisor to oversee Direct Support staff and manage operations for 1–3 residential facilities. The role emphasizes collaboration with clinical staff to implement person-centered plans and maintain a positive, safe living environment for people served.

You will supervise shifts, ensure training compliance, and participate in budgeting while supporting staff on all three shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• CPR certification and willingness to obtain additional certifications (NCI/MedTech a plus).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of Direct Support employees.
• Monitor and provide feedback across all three shifts in interactions with people supported.
• Provide audits for medication administration and conduct performance reviews.
