Job summary

SHAWNTA FAMILY HOME is seeking a Group Home Administrator to oversee daily operations and supervise all programs within the home. You will work closely with the team to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and manage payables/receivables, payroll, and staff scheduling.

The ideal candidate has proven management experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with group-home regulatory requirements.
