Job summary

The position involves direct service duties as needed, medication supervision, and collaboration with ISA case management to support individual goals and community integration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required to support client services.
• Proficiency with Windows software, typing and email usage.

Responsibilities

• Recruits and supervises staff; schedules to ensure coverage and minimize overtime.
• Coordinates program services and coordinating with the Program Manager and staff.
• Maintains timely and accurate documentation and licensing paperwork.
• Provides direct care and assists with activities of daily living when needed.
• Oversees case management tasks and liaises with other providers as required.
