We are seeking a Group Home Manager to work in a new residential group home opening in Ewing, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting individuals with developmental disabilities with their activities of daily living (ADLs). The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities, and a commitment to providing quality care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist individuals with developmental disabilities with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  2. Provide transportation to medical appointments and other activities.
  3. Maintain accurate records of services provided.
  4. Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals.
  5. Assist with the development of independent living skills.
  6. Monitor individuals' health and safety.
  7. Provide crisis intervention when needed.
  8. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  2. Must pass background check.
  3. Must pass CARI check.
  4. Must pass drug test.
  5. CPR certification will be required.
