Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and train all direct support staff assigned to the home.
• Create a family-like home environment for residents to thrive.
• Develop and follow daily routines with love and structure.
• Ensure staff are up-to-date on training for residents' needs.
• Transport residents to medical and review appointments per plan.
• Oversee individual plans, habilitation, and behavior plans.
• Prepare weekly activity schedules and staff staffing matrices.
• Maintain nutrition, meal planning, and grocery shopping.
