The Group Home Manager (GHM) oversees the daily operations of one group home for individuals with developmental disabilities. This role includes managing staff, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and providing a safe and supportive environment for residents.

Duties

• Must be able to drive members with the company or personal vehicles as needed and required according to company policy.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid, unrestricted Arizona Driver's License, Registration, and Insurance at all times.
• Must obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Strong understanding of budgeting processes and financial management within healthcare settings.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, residents, and families.
• Must be able to provide 24/7 supervision, including being awake overnight.
• Must pass criminal background checks.
• Two years of Direct Support Professional work.
• 1-year supervision or management experience preferred.
