Resources for Human Development (RHD) is seeking a compassionate LPN to serve as Group Home Nurse in a community-based residential setting. This full-time role offers $28.00/hour with DailyPay and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will oversee health needs, coordinate medications, and work closely with physicians, caregivers, and staff to promote residents' health, safety, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license, and ability to practice nursing in a community setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong clinical knowledge, medication management, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hand-on nursing and clinical care to residents in the home.
• Assess health needs and respond to medical concerns promptly.
• Monitor health conditions and coordinate appropriate care.
• Administer medications and maintain accurate medication records.
• Educate and train direct care staff on health needs and procedures.
• Promote preventive care and healthy living for residents.
• Communicate health concerns to program leadership and healthcare providers.
