Job summary

Delta-T Group seeks Licensed Practical Nurses to provide services for Group Home facilities in Glastonbury, CT and surrounding areas. All shifts and days are available, with compensation of $32+ per hour.

Duties include administering and monitoring residents' medical needs per physicians' orders, maintaining medical records, building professional relationships with residents and other providers, ensuring facility cleanliness and safety, and documenting care.

Qualifications

• CT LPN certification is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Background check including fingerprinting will be conducted.

Responsibilities

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• CT LPN certification
• Current CPR certification
