Challenge Enterprises of North Florida, Inc. is seeking a dependable Group Home Lead to support two residential group homes in Orange Park, FL.

This salaried role reports to the Group Home Supervisor and helps ensure high-quality services, resident well-being, and compliance with regulatory standards. The position offers a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and requires leadership, daily living support, documentation, and collaboration with staff, families, and community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year in nonprofit human services setting; 3 years preferred.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to pass background screenings and maintain driving record.
• Must travel in the community and attend required trainings.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership support across two residential homes and cover shifts.
• Maintain continuity of care through staffing coverage.
• Support residents with daily living activities and medical appointments.
• Review medication records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with financials, audits, and licensing preparation.
