Job summary

Sevita’s REM Community Services in Crookston, MN is hiring caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in community-based settings. You’ll assist with personal hygiene and everyday activities, and help participants stay engaged in meaningful community life.

We value patience, compassion, reliability, and good communication. A minimum of six months experience in human services is preferred; a valid driver's license and insured vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and time-management skills.
• Reliable, patient, compassionate and responsible demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs.
• Foster relationships and community involvement.

Wage: 21 hourly

Hours: Monday through Thurs 3pm-9pm & Every other weekend 9am-9pm
