Job summary

Burn Boot Camp is seeking part-time Certified Personal Trainers to join our team across Virginia Beach Hilltop, Redmill, Norfolk, Kempsville, and Chesapeake locations. Trainers will deliver dynamic workouts, engage multiple members, and foster a supportive community. This is a contracted 1099 position and part-time role.

Ideal candidates hold an NCCA-accredited PT certification, CPR/AED, and have group fitness experience with strong communication and motivational skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold current PT certification from an NCCA-accredited organization or have a proctored exam scheduled within the next 30 days.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and body mechanics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to positively motivate and inspire members to achieve fitness goals.
• Ability to pass Burn Boot Camp SAC assessment.
• Previous experience in group fitness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workouts to groups under Head Trainer supervision.
• Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to members.
• Provide ongoing motivation and guidance to members across fitness journeys.
• Help build and maintain a highly engaged member community.
• Live a fitness lifestyle that reflects the brand.
• Provide customer service and sales information to new trials and existing members.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout area.
