Planet Fitness Baseline Fitness in Crowley, LA seeks a Trainer to lead the PE@PF program and help members achieve their fitness goals by designing simple workout plans and teaching correct equipment use.

You will promote class sign-ups, create bi-weekly exercise updates, and ensure club cleanliness while providing friendly, professional service at front desk and tours for prospective members.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and professional communication.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Ability to listen, empathize and solve problems.
• Certification as fitness trainer is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program and schedule.
• Guide members toward fitness goals and safe equipment use.
• Promote PE@PF class sign-ups with creative approaches.
• Prepare bi-weekly exercise updates and variations.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist at the front desk and handle member inquiries.
