Planet Fitness PF Baseline Fitness N/A in LaPlace, LA seeks a full-time Trainer to lead the PE@PF group fitness program, design simple workouts, and teach proper equipment use to help members achieve goals.

You’ll also assist front desk operations, enroll new members, conduct tours, and promote sign-ups while maintaining a clean, welcoming club environment. A trainer certification and strong customer service are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and run the PE@PF program and follow the class schedule.
• Guide members toward fitness goals and proper equipment use.
• Develop creative promos to boost class sign-ups.
• Prepare bi-weekly exercise updates for variety.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and traffic.
• Assist front desk with phones, sign-ups, tours, and member info updates.
• Respond to questions professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the club.
