Qualifications

• 2 or more years of leadership or managerial work.
• Proven successful collaboration with team members.
• Familiar with managing a budget and staff schedules.

Responsibilities

• Scouts talent and manages the onboarding of new hires.
• Provides timely support and performance management to reports.
• Optimizes effectiveness of cross-functional teams.
• Develops positive relationships with members and team members.
• Manages the working schedules of direct reports.
• Stays up-to-date on market developments and best practices.
• Teaches 4 classes/week to assess and modify offerings.
