Qualifications

• Proven leadership in group exercise or fitness programming.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the Group Exercise program.
• Hire, onboard, train, and mentor group fitness instructors.
• Maintain and grow class participation.
• Organize and maintain studios, sound systems, and equipment.
• Respond to member feedback and concerns.

Skills

Leadership in group exercise programming

Education

Current national fitness certification (A.C.E., A.C.S.M., N.S.C.A., MOSSA, etc.)
