Job description

We're seeking energetic group trainers with great character and a passion for learning to join our fun team at F45. This role offers a potential fast track to leadership.

The Position

Deliver high-intensity, team-based training at our studio, ensuring excellent execution and member engagement.

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate members through predetermined workouts
• Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promote and sell F45 services, assist with membership growth and retention
• Demonstrate exercises with perfect form; provide regressions and progressions
• Set up, clean, and store equipment before and after classes

Qualifications

• Experience in an F45 environment preferred
• Group training experience or potential to excel
• Minimum 1 year as a personal trainer
• Availability on weekends
• Excellent communication, energetic, attentive, and caring
• Knowledge of functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate training
• Strong social media skills (Instagram, Facebook)
• Ability to stay active and engaged throughout classes

Certifications

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Group training certification
