Job description

We're seeking energetic group trainers with great character and a passion for learning to join our fun team at F45. This role offers an opportunity to fast track into leadership positions.

THE POSITION

Deliver high-intensity, team-based workouts at our studio, ensuring top-notch execution and member engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach and motivate members through workouts
• Conduct goal-oriented consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise forms to prevent injuries
• Promote and sell F45 services, supporting membership growth and retention
• Demonstrate exercises with perfect form and provide regressions/progressions
• Set up, clean, and store equipment before and after classes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in an F45 environment preferred
• Group training experience or potential to excel in it
• Minimum 1 year as a personal trainer
• Availability on weekends
• Strong communication, character, and care skills
• Energetic, attentive, and knowledgeable about functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate training
• Excellent social media skills (Instagram, Facebook)
• Ability to stay on feet and active during workouts

CERTIFICATIONS

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
