THE POSITION

We need high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training at our studio.

The ideal candidates:

• Have a growth mindset and want to be part of a high-performing, understanding team
• Are positive, professional, value personal connections, and don't take things too seriously
• Are up for challenges, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy engaging with members

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach and motivate members through predetermined workouts
• Conduct goal-oriented in-person consultations with trial members
• Correct exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promote and sell F45 services, assist in membership growth and retention
• Demonstrate exercises with perfect form and provide regressions/progressions
• Set up, clean, and store equipment before and after classes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in an F45 environment preferred
• Group training experience or potential to excel in it
• Minimum 1 year as a personal trainer
• Availability on weekends
• Strong character, care, and communication skills
• Energetic, attentive, and knowledgeable about functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate training
• Excellent communication and social media skills (Instagram, Facebook)
• Ability to stay on your feet and active during workouts

CERTIFICATIONS

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Group training certification
