THE POSITION

We're seeking high-quality fitness trainers to deliver team-based, high-intensity training at our studio.

The ideal candidates:

• Have a growth mindset and want to be part of a high-performing, understanding team
• Are positive, professional, value personal connections, and don't take things too seriously
• Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoy engaging with members

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach and motivate members through predetermined workouts
• Correct exercise form to prevent injuries
• Promote and sell F45 services, assist in membership growth and retention
• Demonstrate exercises with perfect form and provide regressions and progressions as needed
• Set up, clean, and store equipment before and after classes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in an F45 environment preferred
• Group training experience or ability to excel in it
• Minimum 1-year experience as a personal trainer
• Availability on weekends
• Strong character, communication, energy, and attentiveness
• Knowledge of functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate training
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, comfortable with public speaking
• Social media proficiency (Instagram, Facebook)
• Must be active and mobile during classes

CERTIFICATIONS

• Current nationally accredited fitness certification (NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA)
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Group training certification

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
