Job summary

Fit Fusion is seeking a part-time Group Fitness Manager in Noblesville, IN to oversee the gym's group fitness program at a single location. You will train and develop the instructor team, manage scheduling, and ensure adherence to Crunch brand standards while promoting member participation.

Responsibilities include supervising instructors, scheduling classes by demographics, promoting events, and reporting participation data. Strong communication and industry knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of group fitness management experience.
• Current national group fitness certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fitness industry specialization.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the main contact for all group fitness programming at gym level.
• Recruits, staffs, and develops the instructor team; directly supervises instructors.
• Implements and oversees the class schedule for all studios; adjusts offerings by demographics.
• Conducts instructor trainings and evaluates instructor performance for quality.
• Designs events to promote group fitness and Crunch brand while driving Peak Results sales.
• Cross-promotes personal training and group training to boost revenue and retention.
• Ensures accurate reporting of class participation daily, weekly and monthly.
• Oversees social media promotions for group fitness at gym level.
• Attends weekly management meetings with gym level/region leadership.
