Crunch Fitness Noblesville is seeking a Group Fitness Manager to lead and develop the location's group fitness program. You will train instructors, set the class schedule, and ensure brand standards are upheld while delivering an exceptional member experience.

Reporting to the General Manager and the Group Fitness VP for Fit Fusion, you will drive participation through events and cross-promotion of personal and group training, while monitoring attendance and sharing insights with gym leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of group fitness management experience.
• Current national group fitness certification.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fitness industry specialization.

Group Fitness ManagerNoblesvilleCompensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour# **Group Fitness Manager**| Fit Fusion**Overview**The Group Fitness Manager is responsible for management and oversight of the group fitness program at a single location. With a large emphasis on upholding brand standards, the Group Fitness Manager trains and develops the instructor team to ensure an exceptional member experience. Spearheading group fitness at gym level, the group fitness manager works in conjunction with the personal training manager and general manager to promote the group fitness program and enhance the member experience.**Responsibilities**· Serves at the main contact for all items concerning all group fitness programming at gym level.· Recruits, staffs, and develops the instructor team.· Directly supervises all instructors.· Communicates gym level changes to instructors and club management.· Implements and supervises the class schedule for all studios.· Oversees programming to ensure that the location has the correct class offerings based on demographics and gym usage.· Conducts instructor trainings for staff on new formats and programming.
