Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion LLC is seeking a Group Fitness Manager to oversee the group fitness program at a single Noblesville location. The role focuses on upholding Crunch brand standards, training the instructor team, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

You will collaborate with the personal training and general managers to promote the group fitness program, curate class offerings based on gym usage, and drive Peak Results sales while maintaining high participant engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of group fitness management experience
• Current national group fitness certification
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Fitness industry specialization

Responsibilities

• Serves as the main contact for all group fitness programming at gym level
• Recruits, staffs, and develops the instructor team
• Directly supervises all instructors
• Implements and supervises the class schedule for all studios
• Oversees programming to ensure appropriate class offerings based on data and demand
• Conducts instructor trainings on new formats and programming
• Performs evaluations to ensure quality aligned with Crunch standards
• Oversees rollout of new programming/classes
• Designs and runs special GF and HIITZone events to boost participation and revenue
• Reports class participation numbers daily, weekly, and monthly
• Promotes group fitness via social media and management channels
• Attends weekly management meetings

Group Fitness Manager| Fit FusionOverviewThe Group Fitness Manager is responsible for management and oversight of the group fitness program at a single location. With a large emphasis on upholding brand standards, the Group Fitness Manager trains and develops the instructor team to ensure an exceptional member experience. Spearheading group fitness at gym level, the group fitness manager works in conjunction with the personal training manager and general manager to promote the group fitness program and enhance the member experience.Responsibilities· Serves at the main contact for all items concerning all group fitness programming at gym level.· Recruits, staffs, and develops the instructor team.· Directly supervises all instructors.· Communicates gym level changes to instructors and club management.· Implements and supervises the class schedule for all studios.· Oversees programming to ensure that the location has the correct class offerings based on demographics and gym usage.· Conducts instructor trainings for staff on new formats and programming. (does not include new club installs which are performed by Crunch Franchise)· Performs evaluations on instructor team to ensure quality instructor in alignment with Crunch brand standards.· Supervises rollout of new programming/classes.· Designs and implements special GF and HIITZone events to increase member participation in classes and promote the Crunch Brand while driving Peak Results sales.· Cross promotes personal training and group training to drive gym revenue and retention.· Ensures proper reporting of class participation numbers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for the region.· Submits weekly group fitness reports to gym level management team.· Oversees the use of social media for group fitness promotion at gym level.· Attends weekly scheduled meetings with gym level management team.
