Chuze Fitness is seeking a Fitness Manager to lead the fitness department across assigned clubs. You will cultivate a high-performing team, ensure exceptional member experiences, and align cross-functional operations with club goals.

The role emphasizes growth, hospitality, and accountability, with a focus on staff development, programming quality, and KPI achievement across locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership or team management experience.
• 2+ years as Fitness Professional with NASM/NSCA/ACSM certification.
• First Aid/CPR certified.
• Must have reliable transportation, subject to ADA accommodations.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational, cultural, and performance success of the fitness department.
• Develop instructors, recruit talent, and foster growth.
• Foster hospitable environment, inform members about programs and offers.
• Build and manage staffing schedules to balance labor and demand.
• Oversee fitness programming and ensure class quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operations.
