Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion, LLC is seeking a dedicated Group Fitness Instructor to deliver high-quality, safe classes on-site. You will conduct Crunch group fitness sessions in alignment with brand standards, engaging members to build culture and community while providing expert instruction.

The role requires energy, clear communication, and the ability to work with a diverse member base in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching for members of all levels.
• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Ability to provide a high energy class environment.
• Effective communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective instruction during all classes.
• Help members achieve their goals and experience a variety of class types and formats.
• Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes.
• Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers.
• Participate and be engaged with weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs.
• Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class roll out.
• Engagement with the instructor portal and social media for updates and brand promotions.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift 10 lbs. on occasion.
• Needs to be able to stand, bend and squat with frequency.
• Able to climb and hang decorations when needed.

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to the Group Fitness Manager.
• Works in conjunction with gym level team.
