Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Fit Fusion is seeking a Group Fitness Instructor to deliver high-energy, world-class group classes in a welcoming gym environment in Mandeville, LA. You will lead safe, effective sessions across formats, help members reach goals, and maintain attendance records.

Requirements include a nationally accredited group fitness certification and CPR/AED. A passion for fitness, strong communication, and excellent customer service are essential for engaging with members and promoting

Qualifications

• Nationally Accredited Group Fitness Certification required (AFAA, ACE, or NASM preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective instruction during all classes.
• Help members achieve their goals and experience a variety of class types and formats.
• Respond with care to any member issues concerning group fitness classes.
• Assist with accurately tracking class attendance numbers.
• Participate and be engaged with weekly emails, monthly ZOOMs.
• Attend the quarterly staff meeting for onsite training and new quarter class roll out.
• Engagement with the instructor portal and social media for updates and brand promotions.
