Chiefs Fit is seeking a Group Fitness Coordinator in Overland Park, KS. This part-time role requires leading a minimum of three group classes weekly, greeting members, and representing the club positively. Qualifications

• Current group fitness certifications
• Ability to lead safe, inclusive group classes
• Experience coordinating class schedules and substitutes

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of 3 classes per week and exclusively for Chiefs Fit
• Represent the club positively and greet members before and after classes
• Maintain an electronic record of classes taught and attendance
• Onboard new instructors and arrange substitute coverage
• Keep studio spaces orderly and ensure brand standards are upheld
• Participate in leadership calls with GFM and club/corporate teams
